Objective To establish the male mouse model with kidney yang deficiency with in reproduction function observed. Method LDH-X of testis alive embryos of female mouse,activity and density of semen and amount of teratospermia were detected in the mouse treated by excess sexual intercourse to establish the male mouse model with kidney yang deficiency,in comparison with spleen deficiency and kidney deficiency by trepidation and hydrocortisone.
