    Abstract:

Stem cell transplantation will be or have become an important method of treatmenting various diseases. The success rate of stem cell transplantation is closely related to the stem cell proliferation and amplified, the process of stem cell transplantation is regulating by many cytokines. The current studies found that the cytokines of interleukin family IL1,IL2,IL3,IL4,IL6,IL7,IL8,IL9,IL10,IL11,IL12 play a very important role in the process of regulating the stem cell mobilization. This review summary the biological activities and the their effect on the stem cell mobilization of thi part of the interleukin family menbers.
