Objective Effects of Cu2 + and SDS on the survival rate of Bareneck goby larva were studied．Methods Eight Cu2 + and seven SDS were designed． Survival rate data was collected during the 96 h's experiment．Results showed that the effects of Cu2 + and SDS on the survival rate of Bareneck goby larva were significant ( P ＜ 0. 05) ．With the increase of the daily age，the survival rate of the larva was increased． Conclusion The results indicated thatBareneck goby was more fitting than the parallel aquatic used to do some toxicity examination．
