    Abstract:

Through post-transcriptional regulation, microRNA can affect the expression of the proteins in the cell.MicroRNA play an important role in neuronal development, differentiation and normal function. In Alzheimer's disease the expression of microRNA is changed, the deregulated microRNA can affect the development of the disease in many aspects Study on the role of microRNA in Alzheimer's disease not only benefit exploring the pathogenesis of the disease but also will lead to better understanding of the regulation effect of microRNA.
