Laboratory animal center is one of the technology platform for the hospital scientific research ． How to use the limited resources for improving the service level，which is essential to resolve the question as a manager in laboratory animal center ． In this article，combining the standardization construction and management of the laboratory animal center of PLA Institute of Stomatological Research，the methods in operating efficiency and servicing quality of the laboratory animal center were discussed ．
