Experimental animal science has become an important part of life science，and it is the important research tool for life science． The experimental animals are called “living reagent”，“live precision instrument” by scientist，are applied to all kinds of research and production． Along with the rapid development of bioscience and the progress of the economic globalization，the experimental animals were applied in more extensive field，and become one of very important part of inspection and quarantine enterprise，which will encourage the development of international service trade． In this review，the content is as follow，the present situation of the experimental animals application，import and export，the related entry-exit inspection and quarantine policy，problems，and related suggestions
