Military animals are special groups， which as important part of military equipments for most countries． In this article，we analyzed and learned from “U． S． Military Working Dog Plan”and other documents that discussed about measures for animal's welfare and safeguard． Then we summarized the measures for safeguard military animal's welfare based on the particularity when they are applied in experiments，training，performing maneuver and participating combat mission．
