    Abstract:

    Animal influenza not only can cause huge economic damage to livestock and poultry breeding business,but also cause public health crisis and pandemic in human by crossing the species barrier. Using animal model could help us to understand the transmissibility of influenza virus. We reviewed the influenza A virus host ranges,host restriction factors,and the use of animal model in the study of transmissibility of animal influenza virus.
