    Abstract:

Cardiovascular disease(CVD) is hazardous to human health. Recent studies have found that gut microbiota participates in the occurrence and development of CVD through various mechanisms, among which the metabolite disorder is the main mechanism. To better understand the relationship between gut microbiota and CVD, this article focuses on the role and mechanism of metabolites from gut microbiota in the occurrence of CVD, which will play a positive role in the discovery of microbial markers and therapies of CVD.
