    Abstract:

Perimenopausal syndrome is a series of autonomic nervous system dysfunctions caused by decreased levels of steroid hormones such as estrogen and progesterone, which is accompanied by neuropsychological symptoms of a group of syndromes NS seriously affecting women’s physical and mental health as well as quality of life. Establishing a cell model in vitro is an effective method to study PMS. Analyzing and studying a cell model of this disease may provide treatment guidance. In this review, the related literature involving the application of cell models of PMS in recent years in PubMed, Embase and Web of Science databases were searched, and the establishment method, evaluation indicators, and model characteristics of cell models for PMS are summarized and systematically analyzed. The research progress of cell models of PMS was reviewed to provide a reference and ideas for the reasonable establishment and in-depth study of cell models for PMS.
