Abstract:Male mice were treated with Cyclophosphamide(CY) and then serially mated to superovulated female, over the whole of the spermatogenic cycle. Chromosome preparations were made from fertilised eggs obtained from the matings. No chromosomally abnormal eggs were found in matings using untreated animals but mating involving CY-treated males produced a variety of abnormalities. The most sensitive stage in the spermatogenic cycle was 8 days after treatment, corresponding to the testicular sperm stage of spermatogenesis. The spermatozoa concentration and activity, as well as fertilizing ability of sperm in vitro in mouse treated with CY at the same stage was not significantly inhibited, but the embryonic development was remarkably delayed, compared to controls (<0.01).

Abstract:Following the microinjection procedure the eggs must be transferred to pseudopregnant recipient mothers. The oviduct transfer is preferably performed on the same days as the microinjections and it can minimize the time in culture compared with uterus transfer. Ordinary oviduct transfer is not easy because the infundibulium is hidden with the coils of oviduct, and the bursa must be torn and it frequently causes breeding. So, we directly make oviduct incision outside of the bursa just near the ampulla and eggs are transferred into ampulla. The new approach is easy because it can avoid breeding and the swollen ampulla is used as a good marker. This new approach will impove the efficiency of embryo transfer.

Abstract:Some specific properties of the Dry Chemistry is better than the Wet Chemistory, Such as need less capacity of sample, etc. We determined the Biochemistory subjects of ALT, AST, BUN GLU,Ca 2 and TB witch in the rabbit's plasma by Dry Chemistory, and found that the linear regression and simple correlation between the Dry Chemistory and the Wet Chemistory was satisfactory. The dilution metering, repeate experiment and reclamate experiment was satisfactory too. The results suggested that ALT, AST, BUN and GLU witch in rabbit's plasma can be determined by the Dry Chemistory. The linear regression of Ca 2 especially TB was not satisfactory. This problem will be reseached in the future.

Abstract:By DNA amplification and electrophoresis, 29 SSLP loci on 19 chromasome were analyzed. It was found that ld gene which cause congenital limb deformity in mice links to D2Mit30, D2Mit62 and D2Mit63. This result show that ld gene is located on chromasome 2.

Abstract:本研究在冬季日温度为6～15℃的饲育室中对达乌尔黄鼠(Citellust dauricus Brandt)。和花鼠(Eutamias sibiricus Laxmann)冬眠情况和激醒过程中的体温变化进行了观察。在从10月至次年2月共约150d的实验期中．两种动物都能进入深冬眠，冬眠时间约占16％，冬眠阵以一天、二天和三天为主，占冬眠天数的45％．最长者为16d。在测量冬眠中动物体温时观察和记录了这两种动物激醒过程中的体温变化，花鼠激醒约需1h，黄鼠需2-3h。

Abstract:The mangiferin was investigated on the hepatoprotective effects in three kinds of models of experimentally-induced liver injuries in rats. The models were induced by acetaminophen, carbon tetrachloride, and D-GalN. The results showed that mangiferin caused significant reduction of the elevated enzyme levels of serum glutamate oxaloacetate transminase, serum glutamate pyruvate transminase in model rats, and alleviated the pathological damages in livers of the model rats. These findings are suggestive of the potent hepatoprotective effects of mangiferin.

Abstract:本实验选用体重２００５±１２．３ｇ的ＳＰＦ、清洁及普通级Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠各２０只，雌雄各半，分别测定了１２项血液学指标、１０项血清生化指标、１１～１２项脏器相对重量，并对２４个脏器进行了组织学检查，对空肠粘膜进行了超微结构观察，所得结果在不同等级大鼠之间进行比较。

Abstract:This study is based upon the postmortem findings in 328 cases of rhesus monkeys which were bred in our institute from 1991 to 1997. The statistics indicated that the highest mortality was respiratory system disease, the ratio was 39.6%, the mortality of digestion system and syndrome disease was 27.1% and 14.0% respectively. The high mortality period of monkeys was from January to April in the institute, the death ratio is 43.4% of whole year during that period. The death ratio of male was (64.2%) higher than that of female (35.8%) in infant group, which was 56.6% of males and 43.4% of females in juvenile group, but which of males was (26.6%) lower than that of females (73.4%) in adult group. In this paper we describe and analyse the pathological and clinical material concerning the observation, diagnosis, treatment and prevention disease of rhesus monkey from breeding the environment.

Abstract:通过摸索猫鼻气管炎病毒、嵌杯状病毒、泛白缅胞减少症病毒的培养条件，制备兔抗猫IgG．建立二种检测猫病毒抗体血清学方法即免疫酶染色法(IEA)及免疫荧光法(IFA)．用两方法检测5份猫血清标本，IEA与IFA的阳性数均为4份，结果表明IEA和IFA都适用于猫病毒抗体的检查。

Abstract:This is a report that the result of mouse hepatitis virus in closing colony mice are cleaned by cesarotomy. Mice are infected by mouse hepatitis virus, the ratio is 100% before cesarotomy. After having been cleaned, the mouse hepatitis virus in closing colony mice has kept negative for 5 year.

Abstract:本文根据沙门氏菌保守基因序列合成一对寡桩苷酸引物，建立一种聚合酶链反应检测小鼠沙门氏菌的方法。通过对14株沙门氏苗和8株非沙门氏菌的检测，发现只有沙门氏菌才能扩增出495bp的特异性条带，检测灵敏度可达50条沙门氏菌水平。该法检测小鼠粪便中沙门氏菌的阳性率高于培养法，且整个实验过程仅需6～8h。可见，该法是一种特异、敏感、简便、快速的沙门氏菌检测方法，对实验动物质量控制将发挥积极的作用。

Abstract:In order to do quantitative studying on femur cortical and trabecular bone loss induced by aging in aged male rat,male SD rats aged 24 months had been fed for 6 months.Both the rats aged 24 months and the rats aged 30 months were examined in femur Bone Mineral Density(BMD) in proximal,distal segments composed of a lot of trabecular bone and middle segment composed of a lot of cortical bone.The result indicated that the femur BMD in respective segment of the rats aged 30 months was significantly lower than that of the rats aged 24 months.It revealed that the model for bone loss induced by aging in aged male rat was duplicated successfully.

Abstract:We report a caesarean operation to cleaning C57BL/6 mice in half-barrier system .The parturient term of pregnant mice was measured by method of palpation and method of calculation, and the survival rate of birth mice ware 89.52% and 91.75%,respectively had no diffevence.But we think in practical application,palpation may be useful in the measurement of clean caesarean mouse parturient term in half-barrier system.
