Abstract:Developing male and female rats were examined for the age of onset of the salt intake behavior and the relationship between the sodium appetite and the plasma ALDO of the rat. Methods: Rats were depleted by a combination of pharmacological natriuresis (using lasix) and maternal deprivation, then rats were infused with 3% salt solution through oral catheters by using controled outmatical pumps; The concentration of plasma ALDO of the rats was analysed by using radioimmunoassay. Result: The salt appetite of the rat was reliably evident from 13 days of age in both male and female rats, but no reliably evident from the age of 12 days and under. There is a significant increase of the plasma ALDO in the salt-depleted rats compare with that of the normal fed rats. Conclusion: The data suggests that all necessary components of the mechanism for the expression of sodium appetite are assembled at about 13 days of age in the rat brain.

Abstract:目的　为研究结石形成机理和研制溶解人类结石的制剂提供良好的动物模型。方法　将100 只一级雌性豚鼠随机分成4 组,对照组饲喂普通颗粒饲料,实验1 ～3 组分别饲喂含不同致石剂的普通颗粒饲料。饲养80 天后取血清及胆汁分别作生化测定,肉眼及光镜下观察胆汁中结石形成情况。结果:实验1～3 组豚鼠胆固醇结石形成率、血液和胆汁中胆固醇及总胆红素含量显著高于对照组(P< 0-01) 。结论:胆固醇,蔗糖和鱼肝油均为豚鼠胆囊胆固醇结石形成的良好诱发因素,而维生素C可降低其结石形成率

Abstract:This experiment will discuss the method to create high lipohemia model of rabbit to observe the effect of Bijia Mountain brand mineral water on the level of the blood lipid of the animals with lipohemia. The results revealed the animal model of the experiment was successful. It is suggested that the mineral water could decrease the level of blood lipid of the animals and prevent those to occur fatty liver because of high lipohemia, forever, it could improve the function of their livers.

Abstract:It is one of critical techniques for medical experiment based on myocardial infarction-heart failure rat model to improve survival rate of animals. The model of myocardial infarction-heart failure was made through ligating the anterior-descending coronary artery in 600 rats. The results show that the survival rate and the successful rate for the rats model of heart failure were significantly improved (survival rate from 40% to 72%, P<0.05; successful rate from 38% to 55%, P<0.05) with technical training, caring during the operation and retrospectric analysis of the date obtained using high-frequency ultrasound transducer.

Abstract:The study which takes the micronucleus test on mouse bone marrow cells using acridine orange staining for basic is to investigate the flurocscence reduction as divding ccolour and observing in fluorescence staining, and obtains a satisfying effect. Meanwhile, the study determines the induction of micronuclei by pesticide watermelon revive liquid (dosage:980, 196.15 and 98.07mg/kg). The resules show, the induction effects of micronucleus by pesticide watermelon revive liquid, three kinds of dosage are all negative.

Abstract:According to the National Standards for Laboratory Animal Environment and Facility, some reconstructed laboratory animal facilities were tested during the past two years in Beijing. The results showed that the conditions of the reconstructed facilities were improved in varying degrees and reached the National Standards for Laboratory Animals after reconstruction respectively. However, the results of overall analysis of the laboratory animal facilities reconstruction showed that there are very significant differences (P<0.01) among the different facilities or the different parts in the same facility. This suggest that standards of design and construction for laboratory animal facility should be built as soon as possible in China.

Abstract:Different level chlortetracycline (0,50,150mg/kg) were fed to BALB/c Mice for several weeks. Index of immune organs and proliferative response of mitogen-induced spleen T.B lymphocyte were tested. The changes of tissue in spleen and thymus were also observed with microscope. The results revealed that spleen index in group B(50mg/kg) and T lymphocyte prolifevetive response in B.C groups were higher than those in group A. There were no significant difference in other immune indexes between test groups and control. All above demonstrated that chlortetracyline additive used in promoting animal growth had no inhibition to development of immune organs and T.B lymphocyte function of BALB/c Mice.

Abstract:The Serum electrolytes and lipids of spontaneous NIDDM and normal control Chinese Hamster, which have been breeding in our laboratory, were tested by using regular quantitative analysis methods respechvely in this paper. The results showed that the average concentrations of surum Na , Cl -,Ca 2 , P 3- , Glu, Ua, TG and Tc in spontaneous NIDDM Chinese hamster were significant higher than that of them in normal control Chinese hamster(P<0.05 or P<0.01). The results of the present paper suggested that there are serious electrolytes and lipid metabolism disorder occurred with the disease of spontaneous NIDDM in Chinese hamster.

Abstract:记录50 头6 ～8 月龄Beagle 犬Ⅱ导联的正常心电图并进行统计分析,结果提示雌性与雄性犬比较,各项指标测量值的差异均无显著性意义(P> 0-05) 。对70 头Beagle 犬进行心电图检测,结果出现窦性心律不齐的比率为11-4 % (8/70) ,T 波异常(T 波倒置和双相T 波) 的比率为14-2 % (10/70) ;对T波异常Beagle 犬进行了心肌酶学指标谷草转氨酶(AST) 、肌酸激酶(CK) 、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH) 测定和心脏组织学观察,并与T波正常的Beagle 犬比较,结果显示二者AST、CK、LDH的差异均无显著性意义(P> 0-05) ,但二者心肌均有不同程度的病理改变。

Abstract:The Homozygosity was studied by skin isografting in the segregating inbred strain of YuYi Hairless mice. There were no acute or chronic exclusions with YYHL mice after being observed for 100 days. All te grafts were taken permanently The results showed that the histocompatibility antigens are identical and the genes are isogenicity in the mutation mice inbred for 20 generations. The mice were comfroned to inbred strain.

Abstract:经腹主动脉采血应用全自动血球计数仪,全自动血气分析仪分别测定了自发NIDDM 及正常对照近交系中国地鼠RBC、MCV、RDW、HCT、PLT、MPV、WBC、HGB、MCH、MCHC等10 项血液学指标及PH、pCO2 、pO2 、tHb、O2Hb、sO2 、MetHb、RHb、tO2c 、P50(act) 、HCO-3c 、tCO2c、SBCc、ABEc、SBEc 等15项血气指标。结果表明:自发NIDDM 中国地鼠雄鼠RDW、MCH、RHb、pCO2 较正常对照近交系雄鼠均显著升高,pO2 、O2Hb、sO2 显著降低,发病组雌鼠较正常对照组雌鼠除P50(act) 显著降低外,其他指标无明显差异。正常对照组雄性RBC、pO2 、tO2c 、O2Hb 、sO2 显著高于雌鼠,MCV、MCH、MCHC、RHb 、HCO-3c 、pCO2 、显著低于雌鼠,发病组雌雄鼠之间各项指标无明显差异。
