Abstract:采用经过筛选的具有丰富多态性的12条RAPD引物对西双版纳小型猪近交系JS亚系的111、151、133三个家系第14代个体进行了RAPD检测,共扩增出137个重复性高、清晰的RAPD标记,单个引物获得的标记数在5—17之间。RAPD结果分析表明:①西双版纳近交JS亚系猪的133、111、151三个家系内的相似性系数分别为0.9080、0.9478、0.9790;②JS亚系小型猪的111家系与151家系、133家系与151家系、133家系与111家系间的相似性系数分别为0.9332、O.9090、O.9161。提示西双版纳小型猪近交系JS亚系的三个家系遗传变异较小,虽然分化的三个家系基因尚未完全纯合,但151家系已有较高近交程度。

Abstract:Objective To provide important data for clinical individual chemotherapy by a sensitive test of antitumor drugs in an animal model. Methods Antitumor sensitive test of 12 drugs was used in an tumor model of subrenal capsule in nude mice.Results 35 cases were totaled covering adenocarcinoma of lung, squamous carcinoma of oral cavity, adenocarcinoma of colon, mammary carcinoma and glioma. The most optimal sensitive drugs were not always the same in different cases. Conclusion The sensitivity of antitumor drugs is varied in different kinds of tumor as well as in different individual of the same kind of tumor. The results might improve the effect of tumor individual chemotherapy in clinic.

Abstract:通过37℃加速热稳定性试验,研究了3种酶结合物保护液对低浓度酶结合物长期保存稳定性的影响。分别测定了酶结合物的活性、酶结合物中酶的活性和免疫抗体活性。结果表明,如果选择适宜的保护液,酶结合物可以在低浓度保存较长时间,而酶结合物活性基本不受影响。

Abstract:groups of clean KM mice were exposed to light for short, middle, long period respectively. After 10 weeks ,the content of testosterone of male and progesterone of female in serum were determined by RIA in each group. The results showed the content of testosterone in serum of male in long-period group was highter than that in the other two groups (P< 0.05); and that the content of progesterone in serum of female in the short-period group was lower compared with the long period group (P< 0.05).

Abstract:为了探讨粉料、制粒后出机料、成品料的微生物学质量变化情况,指导实际工作,应用常规的检测方法,对普通级实验动物鼠及兔饲料细菌总数、霉菌总数、大肠埃希菌最近似数(MPN)及致病性沙门菌等进行了检测。其结果表明:1. 所有检测样品均未检出大肠埃希菌及致病性沙门菌。2. 所有粉料的细菌总数及霉菌总数均超过国标(鼠料5×104、1×102,兔料1×105、1×102)。3. 出机时的鼠料其微生物学质量均符合国家标准,而兔料的细菌总数及霉菌总数均超标。4. 成品鼠料,贮存一周,细菌总数及霉菌总数均低于国标,贮存二周,霉菌总数低于国标,但细菌总数大于国标,三周、四周后细菌总数及霉菌总数均大于国标;成品兔料,其细菌数和霉菌数均高于国标。提示:出机时的鼠料可直接饲喂一级动物,成品鼠料,保存时间不易超过一周;兔料必须经过80 ℃、2 h 或60Co照射等处理方可食用。

Abstract:本试验系统地研究了以低毒性的乙二醇为主体,添加葡聚糖和海藻配制成的玻璃化溶液(EDT20,EDT30及EDT40),在室温(20 ℃或25 ℃)下对小鼠体内受精的桑椹胚进行玻璃化冷冻保存。毒性试验表明,30%葡聚糖溶液(D),0.5mol/L海藻糖溶液(T),以及两种物质的混合液即DT溶液,对胚胎均无化学毒性作用,乙二醇是化学毒性的主要来源。且随着乙二醇浓度的增加和平衡时间的延长,对胚胎的化学毒性也增大。小鼠桑椹胚的玻璃化冷冻试验中,20 ℃室温下胚胎冷冻效果好于25 ℃,但差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。在20℃室温下,胚胎于EDT30中平衡1 min,后直接投入液氮中一步法冷冻后胚胎体外发育率、移植妊娠率和产仔率分别为94.00%、45.00%、38.00%,与对照组差异均无显著意义(P>0.05)。若将胚胎在10%EG中平衡5 min,再移入EDT30中平衡30 s二步法冷冻效果最佳,解冻后囊胚发育率、移植妊娠率和产仔率分别为96.00%、57.00%、52.00%,与对照组差异均无显著意义(P>0.05)。

Abstract:The pregnant SCID mice and BALB/c mice were intraperitoneally inoculated with mixture of MHV1, MHV3, A59, JHM and euthanized on 1st, 2nd, 5th, 8th, 10th day after inoculation. The blood, liver, placenta of pregnant mice and liver of fetuses were taken, and total RNA of each sample was extracted by RNA extracted kit. Then ,total RNA was transcribed into cDNA by using Mu-MLV reverse transcriptase and the cDNA was amplified by PCR in same tube. The results indicated that MHV was present in the placentas of pregnant mice and the livers of fetuses. The present study demonstrated that transplacental transmission of MHV to fetus was effected by intraperitonesal inoculation of pregnant mice.

Abstract:目的 比较三种大鼠原位肝移植术式的特点。方法 采用“缝合法”、改良“三袖套法”和“背驮式”行大鼠原位肝移植180例。结果 “缝合法”无肝期平均为(16.6±6.3)min,手术成功率93.3%,一周存活率88.36%。“三袖套法”无肝期平均为(10.1±1.2)min,手术成功率93.3%,一周存活率86.7%。“背驮式”手术成功率90.0%,一周存活率85.0%。结论 无论何种方式的大鼠原位肝移植,只要能熟练掌握其操作要点,均可获得满意的成功率。
