This experiment will discuss the method to create high lipohemia model of rabbit to observe the effect of Bijia Mountain brand mineral water on the level of the blood lipid of the animals with lipohemia. The results revealed the animal model of the experiment was successful. It is suggested that the mineral water could decrease the level of blood lipid of the animals and prevent those to occur fatty liver because of high lipohemia, forever, it could improve the function of their livers.
