Abstract:Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a common zoonotic opportunistic pathogen, widely distributed in nature, is one of important pathogens causing experimental animal pollution and intra-hospital infection. Molecular typing is an important tool in pathogen epidemiology. It is very effective for determining the source of infection and ways to detect cross-contamination and epidemic strains. In this paper, we summarized the research progress of P. aeruginosa molecular typing methods.
